The unique shape of our Sakura Bowl makes it perfect for use as either a centerpiece or serving bowl for salads, fruits, or desserts. 100% Lead-Free Crystal, Mouth-Blown, Hand-Painted, Sandblasted, Hand-Engraved and Hand-Gilded by Czech artisans.
After each piece is mouth-blown it is cased with a second layer of white crystal, the Sakura flowers are then created by sandblasting off almost the entire layer of white crystal with only the white blossoms and branches remaining.
In Japan cherry blossoms symbolize good fortune and are also an emblem of love, affection and represents spring – it is with this in mind that we presents the Sakura collection. Its flowers are nearly pure white, tinged with the palest pink and the creation of this collection requires a painstaking seven-step process.
